“Equal Opportunities for Outstanding Students” project was launched in 2011. The project becomes possible with generous contributions from Caritas Austria. The target of the project is Armenian students from disadvantaged familieswho have high records at their educational institutions.

In November 8, 2011 Armenian Caritas BNGO organized a press conference at Journalist's Club "Asparez" in regards of disagreements with the RA Ministry of Education and Science and the letter forwarded to RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
