Food for children of Sepasar village kindergarten

Start: 2010-2011

Goal:

The goal of the project is to contribute to the preschool education of Sepasar community.

Objectives:

  • To ensure educational development for 25 preschool children living in Sepasar.
  • To ensure cultural development for 25 preschool children living in Sepasar.
  • To ensure social protection for 25 children by providing them daily meal and organizing social events

The following activities will be implemented for the achievement of the above mentioned objectives:

  • Educational games
  • Cultural games
  • Sport games
  • Celebration of Holidays
  • Events
  • Child care activities

Description

The building of Sepasar kindergarten was obtained and renovated by the Ordinary of the Armenian Catholic Church in Armenia and the community members of Sepasar village.

In 2007-2008, the kindergarten was equipped and resumed its operations as "NAREK" educational Center by means of funds provided by "Renovabis" charitable organization of Roman Catholic Church in Germany.

In July 2010 the kindergarten was reopened. Today it provides day care - social protection, educational and cultural activities - for 25 preschool aged children living in Sepasar.
